With a 35m frontage, the home is fenced in greenery and natural-hued walls, imbuing the home with a sense of privacy amid suburbia, even with the close proximity and access to major roadways, being just 5 minutes from the Pacific Motorway (M3) and Gateway Motorway (M1/M2) on ramps.

In respect to our neighbors, ALL guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m to 8 a.m.

Security Bond:
A Security Bond of $1000 is required 7 days prior to your arrival. This will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to) any breakages or damage at or to the property incurred during your stay. Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the property being left in an unacceptable state; or, recovery of payments for any additional services required to be performed to bring the property back into the condition it was prior to your arrival.

If everything is in order, the bond will be returned to you 3 – 5 business days after your departure.

It is important to note that guests who fail to observe our NO PARTY policy and our Maximum Occupancy Limit will lose their Security Bond and be asked to leave.

Occupancy Limits:
Names and ages of all guests who will be residing at or visiting the property during your stay is required upon booking. The number of guests residing at the property must never exceed the maximum occupancy, unless we approve additional guests in writing. Your security bond may be forfeited in full if unauthorized person/s are found to be staying at the property.

Payment Policy:
To secure a booking, we require payment for the first night’s accommodation.

The balance is due 21 days before your arrival, while the Security Bond is due 7 days prior. Upon booking please advise if you wish to pay via direct transfer, otherwise we will credit the balance on the Visa or Mastercard you used to book.

A $50 security fee applies when booking Laguna, it is paid directly to Sanctuary Cove Security upon arrival and is standard across all holiday homes within the area. If arriving after 5pm, please kindly make the payment at Security the following day during office hours.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 28 days, 50% of deposit.
More than 14 days, 100% of deposit.
14 days or less, 100% of total accommodation
Strictly no refunds for in-house guests.
ALL CHANGES to existing confirmed bookings and CANCELLATIONS will be charge a $50 alteration/cancellation fee
