Our very spacious 2-bedroom townhouse with direct street access is conveniently situated on the peninsula of Brisbane’s colourful West End, our unit is ideally located near the tranquility and natural rhythm of the river, the excitement of the city’s CBD and South Bank’s cultural and entertainment hub.

Less than 3km to Brisbane CBD, our new townhouse features a full size entertainer’s kitchen and an outdoor dining space which has direct access from the street to your front door.

Upstairs, the natural timber treads of the beautiful glass balustrade staircase lead to two oversized bedrooms, both with air conditioning. Bedroom 2 features views to the garden. The main bedroom features a compact balcony with a view of the Brisbane River, and a luxurious ensuite with rainfall shower head.

In addition, the townhome features a dedicated internal laundry, a study nook and overhead shelf, a full bathroom to service bedroom 2 (both located upstairs), and a full powder room downstairs.

All residents of the Gardens enjoy 5,500m2 of expansive subtropical gardens, pools and active recreation. This includes 300m2 of private resort pools including 25m long lap pool adjoining Palm Lagoon, a beach entry resort pool. Active lawn spaces with several BBQs, relaxation spaces and cabanas result in an unsurpassed and relaxing scene right outside the door.

Multiple public transport facilities service the precinct including:
– 24hr City Glider and City Council Bus service operating along Montague Rd
– West End CityCat terminal easily accessible offering simple access to University of Queensland and across inner Brisbane.
– Car access to the CBD is quick via Victoria Bridge and William Jolly Bridge, plus the Go Between Bridge for simple access to lifestyle precincts like Suncorp Stadium and Paddington (Barracks and Caxton St).

In respect to our neighbors, ALL guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m to 8 a.m.
8027 Key Waters has direct water access, there is no gate leading to the water. Children must be supervised at all times.

Security Bond:
A Security Bond of $500 is required 7 days prior to your arrival. This will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to) any breakages or damage at or to the property incurred during your stay. Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the property being left in an unacceptable state; or, recovery of payments for any additional services required to be performed to bring the property back into the condition it was prior to your arrival.

If everything is in order, the bond will be returned to you 3 – 5 business days after your departure.

It is important to note that guests who fail to observe our NO PARTY policy and our Maximum Occupancy Limit will lose their Security Bond and be asked to leave.

Occupancy Limits:
Names and ages of all guests who will be residing at or visiting the property during your stay is required upon booking. The number of guests residing at the property must never exceed the maximum occupancy, unless we approve additional guests in writing. Your security bond may be forfeited in full if unauthorized person/s are found to be staying at the property.

Payment Policy:
To secure a booking, we require payment for the first night’s accommodation.

The balance is due 21 days before your arrival, while the Security Bond is due 7 days prior. Upon booking please advise if you wish to pay via direct transfer, otherwise we will credit the balance on the Visa or Mastercard you used to book.

A $50 security fee applies when booking Laguna, it is paid directly to Sanctuary Cove Security upon arrival and is standard across all holiday homes within the area. If arriving after 5pm, please kindly make the payment at Security the following day during office hours.

Cancellation Policy:
More than 28 days, 50% of deposit.
More than 14 days, 100% of deposit.
14 days or less, 100% of total accommodation
Strictly no refunds for in-house guests.
ALL CHANGES to existing confirmed bookings and CANCELLATIONS will be charge a $50 alteration/cancellation fee
